As an entrepreneur, there’s nothing more important than vision. For me, being able to consistently see reminders of my purpose, is everything. Devona made THE ILLEST painting for me! She was able to take what was in my brain and create a visual representation of it that continuously reminds me every single day of why I do what I do. She created this “GENEIUS” collage and it’s basically talking about empowering the next generation with skills that are going to allow them to create wealth for themselves and the people around them. She just did a really fucking good job and I’m happy. If you need a painting, anything artistic, or need that constant reminder/kick in the ass, then give her money motherfucker, give her money.

After seeing some of Devona’s artwork online, my husband inquired about her painting a portrait of me as a gift. At first, I thought “No way! I don’t want a picture of myself; us as a couple, sure. But not just me.” But then, I got used to to idea of it, and really liked some of the paintings she has done; so I said yes! Devona sent me photos of the painting’s progress along the way & I started sharing it with my friends becoming excited to see and receive the final product!! I love it and feel she “captured” the essence of who I am! I currently have it hanging over “my chair” Thank you D!

Devona’s artistic skills, energy & inspiration falls nothing short of genuine & unique! Definitely amazed at the work & effort put into the painting she created for Empire Barbershop. She’s brought more than just a painting to our environment, she’s brought a burst of energy whenever creative flow is low. All it takes is one glance, a quick flash back of the time lapse video she created, & all energy levels are right back into high gear! Her art not only inspires the barbers in the shop, but the community that comes in as well. Eyes open wide with brightness with every glance, and an uncontrollable urge to mention the beauty of it happens on a daily. Thankful to have an artist such as herself to create a masterpiece.
